It has not been officially priced at all...

I dunno. None of the Kinect games managed to impress me today. If they can come up with a killer hand-to-hand fighting game, I'll consider it.

And people are failing to release, there's no controller in your hand, so if you're excitable, you're not going to lose grip and smash your controller or TV like so many nubs did with the Wii, plus this'll work decently with any size TV, the Wii starts throwing a paddy and misbehaving if your TV is too large!

Won't buy, wasn't planning on it in the first place. I enjoy sitting down and relaxing when I play.

I'd rather put that money towards a Nintendo Wii when the NEW Zelda comes out.Elian2530

And that's why Kinect probably won't do so hot. The majority of 360 owners are "hardcore" FPS lovers. The casuals already have a Wii.

Wow. I thought it would be priced at a little less. That and the price of a Xbox 360....

I think people would rather go for the console that costs less and has a wider variety of games. (Geared toward casual gamers)

Yeah, Microsoft has not announced an official price for the Kinect yet. In fact Aaron Greenberg, Microsoft's director of product management for the Xbox brand (that's a mouthful), posted this on Twitter - "No Kinect price announced yet, retail price estimates are purely speculative, final price & pack-in details are not yet determined."

I've seen a thread on another forum that said it was rumoured to be priced at 150, 120 doesn't seem bad to me at all, especially if I can get a bundle w/ a 360 and a game.

I bought the Wii hoping id eventually enjoy motion controls and it hasn't worked out. Gonna have to pass on Kinect. I will be buying the new 360 though when i trade in my 360 pro and Wii for one.

Price is good though, for what you are getting.

I payed more for my xbox and payed more for Rock Band so yeah im gonna get it.
