It's worth it for xbox live. Use eBay to get the adapter it's around $50-60. I used to not have xbox live now i'm extremely addicted to online play.

Well if you have an Xbox 360 without Xbox Live, it's basically useless.

And if you want everything for cheap, look for the Wireless Network Adaptor and theXbox Live Suscription on eBay.

Together, you could get everything for about $90 on there. So yes, I believe it is.

Hope this helps

I bought both and i can tell you they have been very well worht the money. While it's a lot of money down, it makes games with good online (i.e Halo 3, CoD4, and Gears) much more longevity which will save you money on games.

i was in the same boat as you, i cant run an ethernet cord upstairs where my computer is so i bought a wireless network adapter, and it really depends on how patient you are, it can be very annoying getting disconnected from xbox live with the damn phone rings, and getting all laggy when you're playing multiplayer, but if you have no other choice like i didnt then i would have to recommend it

Xbox is pretty much useless without Live, so I say get it, you won't regret it in the future. I've got the network adapter and it's very good for online, no lag at all so far for me.

Just a quick question do you have a laptop that runs on windows? Because if you do you can connect the ethernet cable with the laptop.

If you have one PM me and I'll PM you back the instructions.
