Thats a really hard one for me. It'd be between Halo Wars and Halo 3 ODST. I would have said ODST last week, but the Halo Wars demo is so awesome. And Halo Wars is an entirely new game and is an entirely new experience for me(never played an RTS). But ODST looks so awesome and it seems a bit different from the other Halo shooters. I guess I'd go with Halo Wars. It comes out earlier in the year, while ODST comes out in the fall. So I'd only have to wait one season to get ODST.
UFC 2009 because UFC is sweet and there is no games for 360 that are really to my liking. (not a fan of SF series or RE series. Only other games I can think of are GH:M, Tekken 6, and Batman.)

I haven't heard anything other than rumors when it comes to GRAW 3. I read somewhere that the next GRAW will come out in 2010 putting that aside, ill probably pick SFIV, online will be a blast!
