i guarantee you most likely won't get an upgraded console no matter how much you complain. It'll be a refurb but mine works fine and it's a refurb. HDMI sucks simply for the fact you have to spend $60-$80 to buy the cable.

You can find a HDMI cable for $3 on Amazon.But i can tell you right now that HDMI isint that great,I cant even tell the diffrence.
