I have a LED monitor(acer V203HL) with only one vga port. I want to connect my pc and my xbox 360 to that one monitor both using vga cable. What cable do i need and how to hook up ?K3lvin95
You'll need a switchbox for that

Are you sure you can't connect your pc with dvi, if the port on your videocard is only vga you can use something like this: a dvi to vga adapter
or even a vga to dvi cable
Just make sure to check the ports , so you don't buy the wrong cable (like a female vga when you a male one, same for the dvi, make sure the dvi side is dvi-a or dvi-I
You can see how they look on the ports here

going from vga to dvi is still an analog signal, only dvi-i (single and dual) and dvi-a support analog signal, so make sure you got one of these with the 5 pins on the left if you only see one horizontal pin, then it's only digital and it won't work
My graphic card got DVI .so I can plug it on graphic card ???K3lvin95Yes but then you need a dvi-i or dvi-d, dual link is the best but both will work. You don't need dual link unless you're doing top end gaming. Just make sure you don't have a dvi-a cable.

My monitor onli have one VGA port ...If i plug VGA inot my monitor then i cant skype and play xbox at the same monitor ?Plug the VGA cable directly into your monitor. Don't plug it into your graphics card. The ports on the graphics cards are for output, not input.
