Ive never been a fan of RTS games on consoles, mainly because a controller for those kind of games just never feels right or as good as a keyboard mouse for those games.
Ill try it out obviously, but im not expecting to much.
Although the screenshots in the latest magazine i got look pretty impressive (mainly the snow levels)
its on my "wait for review first" list but anything above 8 is a definite buy for me, i just hope it turns out better than Civ Rev, was tricked into buying it by gamespot.:evil:
I'm not really a huge fan of the Halo games, but the Halo universe interests me somewhat, and my computer doesn't hold up so well to modern RTSs, so Halo Wars is a definate rent for me. I just really hope the publishing issues for the 360 version of World in Conflict are solved before too long, because I've been waiting to play it on console for over a year. I don't think I get the same effect from playing it at very low settings on my computer and having framerate issues as I would playing it on a console. All in all, Halo Wars looks like a solid console RTS and I hope it turns out well.

If you want a better feelings RTS on consoles that doesn't even need the controller then check out Tom Clancy's Endwar.

Same.
You don't have to be a Halo fan to like this game. It's nothing like the other Halos, it's an RTS. Kinda like starcraft but just with the halo feel. So If your into those kinda games then it's probably the game for you.
