GTA IV 360 disc image. Real or fake?

Saw this on Xbox 360 Fanboy. What do you think? Is it real? Or does someone have way too much time on their hands?

the pic definetly looks real....but i don't know, the way the face is almost totally cut off with the disc hole makes me wonder if its legit......why would they position it so stupidly?

That's exactly what I was thinking. Plus, why devote so much space at the top for the Xbox 360 and Xbox Live logos? It's just bad design.

oh oh oh, i found a reason why it's fake! team bazanger! when you make your own cd/dvd labels (i've done it myself, yes) they never fit right exactly on the disc. if you look at the top of the disc you can see there's a lot showing, but hardly any at the bottom. thus, a self made disc label.ctfvyrsgurbnorn

oh oh oh, i found a reason why it's fake! team bazanger! when you make your own cd/dvd labels (i've done it myself, yes) they never fit right exactly on the disc. if you look at the top of the disc you can see there's a lot showing, but hardly any at the bottom. thus, a self made disc label.ctfvyrsgurbnorn

Pretty bad design imo. That moustache looking thing is probably used to wipe off dust and or clean a disk. Complete guess though.
