instead of GTA Vice City....make it GTA Nice City, you give your cars to the people less fortunate. You take guns and throw them into the ocean because they are bad. Oh and dont forget!!!.... Don't step on the grass (and dont sell it either!)

Thats the thing.You can choose your own background.Feel free to roam around the world.Thats right the WORLD and pass out the message.Make your own good message books and pass the good word.GTA Nice city.Instead of getting hookers to pull tricks for you you find them cloths and give it to them.You sit them down and tell them that there is better out there.
You give them money so they can feed there kids that night.GTA NICE City.There will be mini games galore.Like my favorite the soup cooker mini game.Which if you buy the wii version[yes there is a wii version]you will be able to stir the soup yourself.Put to much salt and the homeless will riot,when that happens it will trigger the good will get the hose mini game and wash the devil out of them.Can you handle the heat and good will of GTA Nice city?Coming fall of whenever.

GTA: London, Hong Kong, or Chicago came to mind. I live in North Dakota though and I was thinking GTA: Minnepolis, Minnepolis is one of the biggest cities in the country and at the same time the winters are freezing. I would like to see a GTA that has snow and ice, so you have to dress accordingly to the weather and roads get slippery and icy and lakes freeze over and stuff like that.
GTA europe? have each new island represent every big city in europe... london,dublin,paris,barcelona, amsterdam! ... and you can download the best city ever! : nice city lol
