I currently just started having problems with my copy of GOW3. Most people are having problems with crashing at the loading screen after selecting a playlist. However, I can not even make it passed the start screen. I get to where u press start then it starts to load the gamer profile and it freezes right there. So I thought I may have had a corrupt gamer profile so I deleted it and recovered it but no dice. Does anybody know wtf is going on and/or how to fix this problem???
I am not sure. But I will make a suggestion to download a copy of the disc onto the harddrive. Sometimes that can help with disks. But if your disc doesn't work that way, borrow a friends just to download, then your disk might work.
My friends copy of Black Ops got scratched really bad and didn't work anymore. He borrowed my disc to download to the harddrive, and now his disk works just fine when it is in the console.
