It's on newsgroups, BT, and the nfo sites and is legit.

MS must really regret their crap security at times like these. Huge games like this, leaked this freaking early (3 weeks) is just insane, and there is really nothing they can do, at least on this system.

I do't think it will negatively effect sells in a big way. I think a huge majority of gamers 360's are unmodded. Also alot of people get off on buying games at midnight debuts. Besides stealing is wrong. ;)jmartin1016

True, but people still download things everyday. I'm not even looking at the link of the live stream because I want to experience it myself in a couple of weeks.
