Fallout 3 or Fable 2???

I'm really excited for both, but I feel like only focusing on one RPG for this time being. Fable 2 or Fallout 3? They both look like quality games, and so far Fable 2 has gotten some great reviews. They are both set in a vast world with many side quests to explore. I've played Oblivion (makers of fallout) and it was great; I havent played Fable 1, but I heard it fell kinda short of many people's expectations. I'm probobaly going to get both sometime this year, but for now, I only want to focus on one. All my friends are getting Fable 2, but I dont think it matters as much.

Which do you guys think will be better? I personally think Fallout 3 will be.

Fable 2, deffinatly. I've played both and just finished fable 2 half an hour ago, it's a great game and well worth buying. Proberbly one of the better games i've played this year, some minor put downs but the general gameplay and stuff make it well worth it.

On the other hand, if wandering through boring wastelands, collecting junk and rather bland RPG and FPS action is your thing go for fallout 3..

how do you know its going to be rather bland and boring you havent played it? I haven't played either, You really can't compare either but if you're interested in length im willing to bet that fallout is longer, if you're going for combat i might go with fable, fallout looks alot oblivionesque in that dept. Personally i would read reviews and watch vids to make up my mind because no one here will ultimately help you because there will be many people for boths sides bashing the others game, and if you take either sides advice and don't like the game it's your fault for listening to them.

Both great games which il buy, id have to say fallout 3 first though :D

Get both. Best of both worlds really.

i think fallout is bigger

fable is prettier and full of new stuff

two great buys only you know i´m getting them both!
