Last I heard it was coming out the last week of November. Not sure where I saw that, but that's when I would expect it. I am sure they want to start running "Xbox 360 with cloud storage" ads sooner than later (black Friday).
That link is dead. After some googling I found a page saying they arent taking submissions anymore. I figured that would be that case but I still had some hope anyway :( Oh well.
No, you can't sign up for the preview program anymore. I've been in it for a week or so now. Just got another update last night but I'm not sure what it was for. I'd say give it another week before it goes public.
