Of course. The xbox 360 isn't worth getting without Xbox Live. Xbox Live is one of the best things to happen in a long time.

You aint missing out big time without Live... Mass Effect, Assasin's Creed, Bioshock, Orange Box, Oblivion.... those are single player games...so you arent missing out.

BTW I have Live and its worth the $60.

Why?

Because I hardly ever play online. I enjoy single player oriented games much more, and if I come across a multiplayer game I must play then I'll just renew.;)

I agree. My 1 year subscription was done a few months ago and I do not care to renew, because I like single-player games alot better then the boring as hell multi-player games.

Nope. Crappy internet speed can't support it. Good thing 360's games are awesome. Even without XBL, all you need is your unit and the games and you're good to go. :D

used to, moved to my dads and cant get a high speed connection, only thing i miss about XBL is gears multiplayer thats about it

Right now I'm using the 30 day trial they give you. After it runs out I don't plan on using it since I'm not into multiplayer gaming that much.
