I never played it, just the Demo, but I figured I could pass on some info, on wither Best buy or Blockbuster in this weeks ads I saw it for $39.99. I might have been Gamestop to. check those three stores advertisements and you will see it on one of those sites.
its good it kept my hooked for awhile look at mt Gamer tag its the only game i scored a full 1000 in but it could have been 10 times better im talking more moves more depth to the fighting and a way larger roster like the old def jam games that would have made it a must have
I bought it and paid 60$ for it, cuz I liked the other Def Jam games, and I gave it away 2 days later. While the visuals are great, the fighting is TERRIBLE!!! No special moves, no real combos, the throws and take downs are under utilized to say the least, there are no finishers, and the whole thing is stale and horribly repetative. It's just the same fight over and over and over again, only generic fighting styles set the fighters apart instead of them being unique. It's like they got almost everything right except what matters most, the core gameplay. Def Jam: Icon made me a sad panda :(
