LOL, thanks for that. I haven't had the 3 RROD but is that what you really do? place the power supply in a plastic bag and submerge it in cold water?

That was not a good idea. I guess he never pays attention in school or TV, cuz either one will tell you that water and electrcity do not mix. Anything to keep playing Gears of war. WOWzer!
