why buy either when COD3s out and there are better FPS' than PDZ?? If you only got the cash for the classics range then I'd personally buy soemthing like just cause or if your in the UK viva pinata (in gamestation its dirt cheap about 25-30quid!)
then just hold on mate its much better than COD2 IMO plus the online is brilliant if your taking it online. download the demo off live if you can and see what you think but if you r set on buying PD/COD then both are solid games and personally i dont think it matters as i enjoyed both. gonna state the obvious here but if u fancy future shooter get PD if u want WW2 get COD..simple as that lol!
Single Player: CoD2 Co-Op and Multiplayer: Perfect Dark (I'm not saying the co-op is good, it just has it)
I don't know how many people still play CoD 2 online, especially with the release of CoD3 but I know a lot of people play Perfect Dark Zero still and you can use bots.
Call of Duty 2 is better online and single player. I have both the games and I NEVER play Perfect Dark: Zero. Call of Duty 3 has a very intense and interactive online gaming community. You can drive tanks and jeeps and there are better weapons.

Cod is better (imo its the best 360 game ever), cod3 has more multiplayer options etc but thats not what made cod2 so good it was the simpleness of it there was no tanks,classes, ranks..etc. Cod3 is basically BF2 but with the WWII guns and the Cod logo.
