ME2 for me, not only does it look great from a technical standpoint, it is very easy on eye with diverse and interesting visuals and effects. I wouldn't say it had a unique artstyle, but it definitely used its visuals to paint a much more interesting vista than you see in games heavy on the shooting.

Also Metro 2033 has awesome environments, scenery and atmosphere. The only problem with it is that it has no replay value whatsoever. It looks good though! :)
Alan Wake had pretty good graphics. Red Dead Redemption won the technical award and right now I think Halo: Reach will be the best looking Xbox 360 game this year. I also think Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit looks really good.
The best looking games so far this year have been Alan Wake, Red Dead Redemption, and Splinter Cell: Conviction. The best looking upcoming games I've seen so far are Medal of Honor and Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Alan wake is the most realistic looking game on console this gen my girlfriend do watch me play games alot (even ps3 exclusives) but she thinks alan wake look so much like a real movie out of all games i play. Realy the realistic shadow,light effect & volumentric particle effects are awsome in the game. Alan wake is a must play but i think halo reach will own 2010 in term of gameplay,sales & critic review.
According to me, it has to be Mass Effect 2. Having said that, i have not played RDR yet and we will see about the upcoming games, but so far ME2 all the way...
so far, RDR hands down.. at the end of 2010.. i'm thinking fable 3.. reach will look good, but not be for me.. halo one ftw!! meh at the rest... assassins creed is going to be the bomb, and fallout NV is going to be my go- to game for single player for a long time i think..
I guess I am the odd man out when I say Halo: Reach will not be a top game. It is practically the same game as the others with a few extras. I put Mass Effect 2, NBA 2K11, Bioshock 2, as well as Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. Not bashing Halo, I enjoy all the Halo games, it just gets a little repetitive. Though if we jumped to 2011, Gears 3 all the way! :D
