So many to choose from... But I'm going with Kasumi from DOA... Two reasons as to why I think shes the best. Japanese woman and nice chest. So male typical I know but w/e. :)
I have to go with ether Isabella sp? from Dead Rising or Christie from DoA4.Actually I might have to go with Sniper Wolf from MGS1...but its so hard to choose :cry:
Definitely Metroid's Samus Aran. She was one of the very first female protagonists in a video game, and is still one of the best. Strong, intelligent, and of course, beautiful, she is actually a great role-model to have for girl gamers; much more so than Tomb Raider's boob-tastic eye candy-only Lara Croft. Samus would cream poor Lara, and she could do it without the aid of her power armor and advanced weaponry, just using her incredible skills, training, and modern-age weapons.

Wow, um, k, see a metroid is a creature that sucks the life out of things, Samus would be the girl hero of the metroid games, and plenty of people know its a girl
