Yesterday, I was checking out the add-ons for games I have, and I came across a new one for Lost Odyssey. I thought it was peciliar that they had released a new one now, I wouldn't have expected it if I hadn't seen it myself, but sure enough they had added a "Double Bonus Pack" to the list which was sort of like the Triple Bonus Pack, except with different items. The surprising thing about it was, that one add-on cost 99,999 Microsoft Points. I was so shocked by it, I sat down and tried calculating it out, and I think it would cost something like $1,300 for that many MP, which is insane. Anyways I was pretty sure it was an error, possibly brought up during the transition from the old OS to the Experience, but i was just wondering if anyone else had caught this, or if anyone knows what happened there.
Well yeah I mean I was pretty sure it was an error, but then, it was also a holiday, so it got me thinking that maybe Microsoft released it as some special, limited-edition add-on for the game's fans. Or else like, because I have never seen an add-on when it is first released, maybe they jack up the prices of new dlc when they first release it to sort of 'showcase' it before its actual release. But yeah, that was kinda the only other explanations I could come up with.
