It's probably the only Zelda game that would be worth remaking in my opinion. I'd love to replay the game with brand new graphics, an improved soundtrack and preferably, a much more detailed story.
A Majora's Mask remake would be great, but it would only look better.
A 2D Zelda game would provide a much more compelling remake, assuming the remake is in 3D of course. Personally, I would enjoy seeing Alttp remade mostly due to the Dark World. It would be interesting see that realm in the third dimension, as well as various other Alttp aspects.
The original Loz would also be a rather intriguing remake.
So by "remake" I'm gathering you mean new up-to-date graphics, maybe an enhanced storyline and so forth? In that situation I choose None, they are all classics in their own right. I would never want LttP to be changed through those means, it would make it a completly different game. The original LoZ would be bland and boring by today's standards, even if there was an overhaul to the graphics and that. The overworld alone would put many people off. I think all the games are fine just the way they are, messing with the classics is a good way to destroy the fondness many people possess for the classic.
