I know card battle.. this is differnt. and I know there few unactive officer I 'll work on that also.

Well normal contests aren't running so great as usual so perhaps we can try to promote them. I also notice that in the telegrams some of the contests don't appear in there even when they're ongoing. An example would be the WOTM.

It's Curtis' job and it's not our place to take that away from him. I'm just giving a heads-up.

A- we are when dealing with the squads and now the characters

B- Invite more is a yes but........ how to get them out of hiding

C- If you want everything as the old days, I have to do the same big rush I did 3 year ago. If I do this SECOND big rush... I'm going to retire...... (not from the Gotei 13)

1- Yup agreed we don't force people to join squads. They come to us.

2- We can't make people join Gotei it's ultimately their decision and I haven't seen many new people recently. Mostly alternate accounts.

3- Don't have a comment to C as I wasn't around in the old days.

Komamura or Yamamoto will explain everything that happen then. They witness the first BIG RUSH.

I would:

• remove all officers that is not active and reduce it to an amount is really needed. I would say somewhere 6 and downsize squads to 6 squads (the amount of captains that are active and needed)
• the rest of captain characters can be earned when an recruit is active (I mean really active and not posting few times and leave) However BE CLEAR those captainroles the recuit can play is NOT PERMANENT. As soon you need a new officer in this union. The new officer can pick which captains role he want and add new squad.

hmm I kinda agree to it.. seem like good idea..

be sure though that when an new officer picks an captainrole and some recuit is already roleplaying(RP) him. that recruit will loose his rights of RP'ing that role

Our number one problem is not the captains. It's the activeness in the union. WE first have to deal with that then we worry about the captain thing. (if it still a issue)

Hey Kisuke if you're doing a big Bleach contest you could put together that one thing I suggested last summer with the "Choose Your Poison" thing.

Also if you want I've got a few more Bleach discussion ideas too after we're done with the transforming one.

Bleach Contest Series are brand new. (Meaning: Something we never did before)

for all I know you can take my spot away just like that, since I know I haven't been active for months. And really, I wouldn't mind at all, if that's the case. You need some proper officers that acually does something usefull in the union. Not some power hungry people aiming for a spot just to get the officer tag (prestige or how you want to call it)

I truly believe that I deserve a second chance. Yes, I was stripped of that position because of my activity but is it not fair to at least leave me a notice? I would of without a doubt respond in a professional way. I have 224 messages still unopened on my old account and none regarded in asking me about my activities. Too come to think of it, me being demoted  triggered the final nail to the coffin of star_skywalker. I apologize if I sound like a whiner but anyone here can surely agree with me... forget what I just said. Just me in my unstable mouth ranting on again. :P

I'll gladly earned my spot again either way. (hard or easy) 

Ways to improve the 13 Gotei? More variety of topics. That's definitely one. I can't remember the last time I posted in anything but the OT and video games. Maybe a show me your bleach collection, etc? A reviewer for the union like Nightmare mentioned would also be interesting. Maybe review each episode in the coming weeks? I might be able to write reviews for older episodes like 1-63ish as I have them on dvd.

no euc.. dont say that.. you did lots for this union.. you are gotei 13's design.. even you helped me and other officer.. when it need.. I'm not aim active.. I only aim that officer did their role... your the one who did your role and duty.. I have no reason to took ur rights from gotei 13.. really you made what gotei 13 is.. without you.. it wont be like that you know what i mean.

that really good idea.. you can prove it to us. pass in review to me or sfkm2 he will post homepage when it came out with your review on there ethier post in thead sum and review for every bleach epoide or manga.. up to you.. I rather starting right now so people can log on read review and leave a feedback share their thought on it. if it going well seem like you could get ur rank back :) 

Sounds great bro, I'll try to find some time to hand in a review starting with episode 1. I might be able to do one at least weekly but I'm aiming for two a week. I will certainly have time Friday. sure take ur time bro. you can make ur own topic and I 'll link it to dictory :) thank you so much for doing it. so if it turn out well I could give you officer ranks back again and caption postion and allow you to edits and fix review or you could running review and let people write review and you can add it to guide and give them point :) just a idea.

I can't take the polite thank you yet. I have yet to start. It's not a problem though as writing reviews is what I plan to do in the future as a career. This is actually good practice. I should be the thanking you to allow me to have practice :)

Also I can take up tallying points for contests again since they're going to be coming around again. Tell me where and I'm there.

Let's see also for future card contests it might be a good idea to set up some kind of committee so multiple people can give their ideas and make suggestions. I mean those on said committee could meet on MSN so that they can keep their activities a surprise and then give people heads-ups and little tidbits of what they can expect.

Also it might make managing them much easier. I probably should've brought this up in September/October of last year before the AEC hit off but I let it sit there cuz I was preoccupied with surgery, girlfriend, family matters and schoolwork/final exams.
