Wouldn't say fave but I do fry rice w/ brown beans (any color beans I haven't tried yet might work also) and boneless Chicken , call it the deep-fried rice & chicken bowl , would like to try grilled chicken one day

I'm good at cooking steak, chicken, and shrimps. I usually try to avoid sodium if I can and try to get flavor from herb and spices. Guilty of watching cooking shows here and there for pointers. I try to watch what I eat.
I luuuuuuuuuuuuurve to cook a good roast dinner (preferably lamb, maybe beef, with copious amounts of roasts potatoes, parsnip, carmalised carrots, sprouts, etc) almost as much as I like to consume it.Â

And also a Cornish Pasty - been digging the CP recently  after finding a recipe that produces reasonable authenticy. Sooooo good. Â
If you mean cooking things from scratch, I like to make scrambled eggs. Otherwise I like cooking store bought pizza or hot dogs, it's simple and quick.

I like cooking anything when I get to cut things into tiny little pieces. I made fajitas last night and cutting up all those peppers was so much fun.............I might have a problem.
I usually call it my gambo. I put rice, veggie broth, mushrooms, carrots, celery, and other things too but i can't remember I have actually done this twice but the first time was tons better than the second time. I even took a picture of it. It tastes a whole lot better than it looks. It was suppose to be like a soup but it didnt't turn out that way.
