Well I was going to deal with this all when I got back. But yes, there will be new officers. My biggest concern right now is to get a new theme. Like The Assassins Guild was just Assassins Creed. But I wanted to expand. With the votes of the active members (who are the ones that really count) we decided on a stealth based gaming union. The Silent Killers Society was born. It exploded with activity and went fromaround 8k posts to its almost 45k right now. And the number of interested users and views is amazing. Nearing 122k views to the union by none members as well.
I am wanting the same thing to happen with this union. Staying along the lines of DW would be great, but if needed, we may switch it to something completely new. I hope we dont have to do that. So like I said, just come up with ideas and talk with each other on the way you think the union should go.
I can make decisions all day long, but when the members have a hand in them, they will be happy. If they are happy, they will participate. Thus is the secret of leading. Over all happiness without sacrificing the union. So if you all agree on a theme and present it to me, I will give it a look. Theres no real rush since Im leaveing. Also, when I get back, the members will change as well. I will do the same as in the SKS. A message will be sent to all members telling them to leave the union if they do not wish to be apart of it. Just as before, I expect people to leave. Ive already made it to where users must apply to the union, and I am the only one that can accept them. When the new union is up and running, it must stay smooth.
