Union Newsletter.

ULC will have a newsletter. It will be sent out by telegram once a week. It will contain news about ULC and other things involving unions going around Gamespot. If you have ideas for news that can be put in it, please post here. Thanks and I hope you will enjoy.

I like the idea about newsletter, but weekly nah.

And doing comercial for other unions is a damn No. No way! It will be wrong, it's not the idea. We don't have this union to promote other unions. We are here to help other unions, not with members but with ideas! And we try to help the Union System...

Not to mention this union is for Union Leaders not for people searching for unions.

And not every week, not because I think it's bad. But NO WAY we can get new info every week :lol: It have taken GS 2 years to do nothing now. I doubt we get so much feedback xD

But just not so often, I say once each month would be okey. We would have to do A LOT of work if we wanted to do it more often. And I doubt it would be as good as if we had a month.

I've seen unions that emailed a PDF newsletter before, but the problem with that is the newsletter would only go to the handful of members that sign up for it.

If we do it every 2 weeks, here is what I think it should contain:

~ Leader of The Month

~ Union of The Week

~ Union News

~ Important Topics

~ Upcoming Events

~ Other

I realy like the idea of 2 weeks. And lets not let people subscribe to it. Let it be a telegram. That would be easyer. An it doesnt have to be long. It could be short. There is a limit to how much you can type in one telegram, and I would like to keep it in one telegram.

That sounds good, though you'll have 2 union of the week features in each telegram and a leader of the month feature every other telegram. Can't think of a better way to do it tho...

Btw, is leader of the month part of the interviews thing we're doing?

How about a Tips section? Or maybe people can write in to ask questions about how to run a Union, and we answer them.

i say monthly

every 1 or 2 weeks would be annoying for some members (especially with the glitch that sends it like 3 times to every member) and also it would somehow be less work

and i saw someone say tips section? that would also help
