Some States probably are better than others, but America also has its fair share of bad drivers. Some are lunatics, some are annoying trolls, and some are just ridiculous idiots. Also can't forget the jerks either. Massachusetts has been known to be a lousy driver State.

Try following all the rules perfectly during your driving test but keep raging at all other drivers around you... see if they'll give you your licence. :P
