That's not dieting. You've got to follow a certain nutritional plan or just eat the correct amount of calories. But I guess to an overweight/obese person he might believe that he's starving.
Nah I have heard one dieting plan. Apparently there is a person who I know is slight overweight and had problems shedding weight no matter what amounts of exercise. She went to one of the best dieticians in the city. Looking at the meal plan she follows I just dunno what to say. One day its like living on lemon juice, the other day you are allowed only one serving of porridge the entire day, on next day she can have like 25 peas for entire day. What to you call this stupidity?

I'm never doing dieting, if I was fat though... nah still don't think I'd do it, I'd try to find any other possible way that doesn't involve pain or torture. :P Either way, I just want to eat what I want, and no one will tell me otherwise, only exception is if my current diet puts me in the hospital. Hey my current food choices likely isn't the healthiest, but at the same time I don't think its too poor, and at least I don't smoke or do drugs, which I think can be ten times more harmful to your body.
