Wow, they're still trying to get rid of this thing?

I still don't want it, haha. You gonna bite on this one, SW?

It's been a huge failure but Sony didn't put enough care into the product. They thought the name alone would make it a success. There's no excuse for putting rainbow six the worst version of the game on there.
There's only a handful of games worth playing wild arms and ff7 might be worth the $30 price point. Most of the games on there are the PAL versions so play slower than the NTSC counterparts.
I would have thought Nintendo would have dropped the n64 mini this year. If they don't then at least put them up on the eshop or better still include snes and n64 games with the online.

It will of course happen someday. Just weird it hasn't happened yet I agree.
At least Sega acknowledged handing it to whoever that company was ended up being a shit decision and subsequently did something about it. Sony decided not to and this is what we have, could of at least fixed the problem by starting again.

How can it? A large chunk of that library were not nintendo games, pointless product without goldeneye etc.
Is this maybe because of any Prime Day specials and competitors are matching discount next couple days?
Anyhow, no interest in these retro consoles, I would rather the publishers just make these games available on current systems as downloadable games. Nintendo is using VC to push it's online service, Sony using BC to push PS Now, neither are trying to build consumer confidence in rights retention by honoring access and rights to titles bought on other systems, nor pushing cross platform access. Microsoft did good this gen with their BC but I wonder if in end it'll prove for nothing guess we'll see next gen if access to XB1 and BC titles still accessible.
Still waiting for PS2 Classic.
Gamecube mini please

They only did something about it untill Nintendo started doing mini systems.
As someone else said, just hack it. I have a friend that did the SNES mini for me and got a ton of games now. If I see it for $20, I'm gonna pick one up.

These classic consoles always include some 3rd party games anyway. Shouldn't be hard to get to 20 or so.

I'm sorry if Nintendo ever hurt you, you sure do seem to have a negative bias towards the company.
I just picked one up for $40 CAD, seemed like a pretty good deal. It's got several games I'm interested in playing.
