Xbox is a little sharper, not much of a difference. The PS3 does have a noticeable washed out look in it's lighting, but this has plagued the PS3 multiplats for years now. Not enough of an issue though, if I had either version, I wouldn't care. I hear its a great game though, will be buying soon.
It's weird that you say that since that's one of the strong points of the PS3. Its games always have better lighting (with the exception of some games like Read Dead) because of the faster clock-speed on its GPU. I think you're confusing "higher-contrast" with lighting. Xbox games tend to look darker and have deeper color on its games but that's not the lighting, that's because MS forces devs to use a wider color space since they have found that people associate "a better looking image" with higher contrast and you my friend are the living prove of that.
PS3 games tend to look washed out in comparison of the Xbox but that's because Sony uses the normal color space. Just do the experiment on your own TV, the image with the higher contrast will always look less blurry than the one that has less no matter what. And lighting can't make anything look "washed out" anyway. You should be ashamed for saying something like that specially when you're a PC gamer.
