Worst Sonic 3D game?

All of them are not terrible. Sonic Adventure 1+2 and Sonic Colors are pretty fun. Ditto for the 3d in Sonic Generations. Going to wait for a few more reviews before condemning Sonic Forces. I plan on buying it regardless.

Sonic Adventure which was unbelievably terrible.

Sonic Generations which had pretty bad 3D sections and pretty great 2D levels.

I never liked Sonic in 3D. Actually, I don't like Mario in 3D either.

We should celebrate the good Sonic 3D bit's rather than just focus on the negative.

That first bit in Sonic Adventure 1 with the whale and holding forward was brilliant. All the other stuff was shit though.

Lost World. It's a shitty Mario/Donkey Kong game with a Sonic skin mod. The only one that's probably a bigger insult is Boom, but I've never played it.

I'd say it's between Sonic '06 and Sonic Boom. The footage I have seen of those games is mind boggling.

I have only played Sonic '06 of the two and it's every bit as bad as people made it out to be. Sonic Boom looks super bad though. Like flying through the air, breaking the game levels of bad. This should not happen in the retail release of a video game. :(

There's also the part were Sonic Boom runs consistently below 30fps. I do not even think sonic 06's framerate was as bad as boom's.

It belongs in 2D. I liked Adventure back in the day but nowhere near as much as I did the original games and it goes without saying Mania is the best sonic has been for a long time.

The only 3d Sonic I played was Sonic and the Secret Rings. I was not a fan.

I would have given it to 06, as I did have fun with Boom when it first launched, however the fun of that game was simply how broken it was, they later patched it and all that was left was just a really bad game. At least 06 still has it's bugs, and cringe worthy story, which can in it's own way be enjoyed if you're in the mood for that sort of thing.

Boom and 06. Can't get worse than either of those.

I don't even find 2D Sonic good.

@super600: I heard the development process behind Sonic Boom was a nightmare. I know I hear similar things regarding Sonic '06 too.

Vote went for Sonic 2006. Forces isn't supposed to be that bad, only short as hell. Not gonna get it at full price that's for sure.

Sonic 2006 is the worst of them, but several of them were horrible, some of them even missing like Sonic Unleashed which had those horrible, boring, Hack n' slash levels

It's easier to just point out the one good Sonic game period, Sonic Generations.

Can't believe Sonic was ever considered a competitor to Mario.

Sonic 06 is by Far the Worst made Sonic game.

But funnily enough that's why it's worth playing.
