Will you be getting Monster Hunter World?

I never really got into Monster Hunter before. I tried to on the 3DS, but it wasn't that interesting to me. Being able to play on a console on a much bigger stage makes more sense for a game like this. At the same time, I'm still working on my backlog lol. Anyone getting this game? I'm still interested.

Saw some game-play earlier and it didnt convince me to buy it. Its not really my type of game though tbh.

Hell yeah. Day one, PC version. Love MH, got over 400 hours in MH3, 4 and Generations each.

Yep... in the fall. Will probably take a short vacation for its release.

Yup, looks like an interesting game and I love the online coop aspect of it. Hopefully it delivers

Sometime. I've already got two Monster Hunter games I haven't played much.

Hell yeah I'll be playing it. I loved the ones on Wii U and 3DS but they suffered from systems poor online offerings, and me not having anyone local to play with hurt them for me too. Will be great to finally play a version with good online, let's just hope it get a good community behind it.

Will probably pick it up, online co-op monster hunting sounds like a lot of fun on x1x. Going to be tough finding time to play though with all the multiplayer/co-op games coming on x1x. Good thing it comes out before Sea of Thieves, cause when that drops in March, i'll be plundering with the lights off with my Sea Of Thieves Limited Edition controller.

i will be getting the PC version when it comes out. im looking forward to it with some reservations. i hope they are not sacrificing the nuts and bolts mechanics of the game just to make it more showy.

Looks like pretty much the same outdated gameplay and visuals as in the earlier MH titles. Nothing has changed. So no, I'm not getting it.

Yeah they have. Not me I couldn't be bothered to pay for PS+ to play the beta for 2 days.

And they have generally been extremely positive about the changes. Which is surprising, right? Cause you would think you couldn't change much about the game without making fans angry in some way. In fact I think MH:World will be a challenger for the most improved sequel of a video game that we've ever seen. And I already loved the game series. (Well, not the fast pace with which they made sequels that were only a little different from their predecessors.)

But it's still MH of course. There will be plenty of people who wouldn't like that kind of challenge.

Same here. I never understood the whole concept. But for a reason im into the new one. I liked the trailers and the whole concept. Buying for PC though more out of curiosity than anything else.

This game will fill a void that is severely lacking in this industry... online co-op.

Forget everything anyone has ever told you about this online community.... if you have a friend you like to play with and are looking to try something new this is your game. All you need is you and a friend... and your palico companions and you will topple most of the content in this game.

If you ever hit a wall.... by that time you will have plenty of skills and confidence to team up with randoms if you need help.

It looks super boring. I'll probably pick it up on a Steam sale, but it doesn't look like my cup of tea from what I've seen of the gameplay.

Wanted the likely better looking One X version but will end up just getting the ps4 version to play with friends. I quite liked the beta enough to forgive the occasionally wonky performance. If i like the final game as much as i hope i do ill double up on PC version whenever that comes out.
