That's looking pretty badass. Especially 2.36 when he does that twist. GTA IV and RDR were boring L.A Noire was alright but Rockstar have really underperformed this gen in my opinion.

I personally didint find rdr boring but I didint care much for GTA4. Also on topic Payne 3 looks like a barrel of fun.
I agree with this. GTA 4 is my most played game this gen.It looks great.
GTAIV isn't boring.freedomfreak

I mean I like the sceneray while riding to missions, but seriously the dialogue was not interesting enough to warrant travelling miles through digitised rock.

RDR is the only game over the past few years that I did sell backIf it comes with a time machine sure.
That said, game is shaping up to be great. Hopefully, it comes with a good story and sense of story telling like the other two had.
Red Dead Redemption wasn't boring. Grand Theft Auto IV wasn't boring. L.A. Noire wasn't boring. I'm pretty sure Grand Theft Auto V won't be boring.
GTA IV had an awful story, the worst aiming system I've seen and terrible driving. Sure the city was beautiful but it doesn't matter if the gameplay sucks. RDR had better gameplay but it was the same thing over and over. I got bored after about 4 hours. Also I don't play COD.You're calling RDR and GTA 4 boring? Do you have a thing against fun or do you need killstreaks and rewards to light up your screen every 3 seconds for hitting buttons on your controller?

 I couldn't have said it better myself. Sure that's why loads of people agree with me. You act like Iike I'm the first person to label these two games boring. They were.[QUOTE="Riverwolf007"]

RDR is the only game over the past few years that I did sell backI did that with GTA4. The cast and story for that I found boring. RDR is still one of my favortie game stories this gen. I also really like the main character and some of hte cast.

Matter of opinions don't try to make facts of them.
RDR is one of the better videogames released this gen. So is GTAIV. Neither boring to me. I love methodical adventure games that don't force you to "go here or go there" or hold your hand and executed properly with quality. I get immersed in high quality sandbox games like the two i just mentioned. As for Max Payne 3? It will be good no doubt.
I didnt find GTA4, RDR & L.A. Noir boring..
Infact am also thinking about getting GTA4 again for PC...
RDR is my favorite game of all-time, but I can see why this generation thinks it's boring.
GTA IV was fun for me, but then again I'm a open-world fiend.
If you thought the last three Rockstar games were boring, you need to start taking your Ritalin in higher doses. Ok maybe La Noire once you finish Homicide and get into Vice, its a bit of an anti-climax, but still far from boring.
But yea, Max Payne 3 looks to be fantastic. The combat appears to have real weight to it.

So are you just saying something along the lines of "I dislike story and a continuously building climax"?
GTA4 was terrible at times, had bad controls, but for the most of time, I was frustrated (if anything), not bored. As for RDR, I loved it.IAmNot_funHow were the controls bad?

The aiming was bad, the cover system was awkward, the turning was slow and nauseating, the car controls were way too loose (though I actually liked it when I got better after playing for around 40 hours or so), moving Niko felt like moving a mannequin.

I have no idea what you're talking about, except for maybe the cover system.Maybe you just don't like moving characters that feel like they actually have weight.
