ps3 flopping... the rate at which its selling is nowhere near the typical rate of a playstation console.... probably because of the high price but who am i to say...
Well if you look at the ps3 sale in japan and compare them to the wii i think you could call this a flop. Same goes for the 360 in japan - but as nobody expected it to flourish over there i'd say its not a complete flop.
This is such a lame thread. None of the consoles are flopping. For us to see some console floppage, we have to wait at least 2 years after the launch of each system to see how it's really doing. As for which is best. It's all a mater of opinion. IMO, PS3 is a better console for the long run, Xbox 360 is the console for the now, and Wii is the console of the niche. My reasoning doesn't need to be explained. It's just my reasoning and my opinion.
Anybody who honestly thinks the 360 is a flop is lying, and they know it. 10 million + does not equal a failure of a console. Give me a break. The same applies for the Wii.
You ask in the title which is flopping... then in your post ask which one is better... :?
Right now... the Wii is the best value for the money... but in the long run, the 360 will have one of the best console libraries. I would love to get all three... but I doubt I may even get two.
None of them are flopping or will flop. There is room for 3 consoles in today's market. Especially when 1 (the wii) serves a totally different purpose than the other 2.
