When will $ony catch up with the awesome XBL services?

Sony got pretty stagnant around improving their services this gen. Maybe Xbox had ground to gain but at least they've been doing stuff.

EA Access, which $ony actively declined. Now Xbox game pass, which is miles ahead of P$ Now. like it's not even funny. Cross platform play lets me continue Gears on my laptop at the office, which is great. I can even play with my friends on there xbox.

And they even figured out BC. And I'm not even forced to subscribe for it. Checkmate man.

The refund policy is really the only thing I think Sony should / can adopt. A PlayStation 'game pass' would be freaking sweet but I don't think they'll be able to do it for a number of reasons.

I rather them work on making the existing services work as best as they can but if we're trying to explore new ideas, I think bundling a few hours of PS NOW to PS+ would be a good move. A PS Home v2 that is for both VR and non-VR would be pretty cool as well.

Once again lemmings has to find something to hype about, since their console of choice doesn't really have games.

It won't happen unless they lose sales for MS. That's why competition is vital. At the turn of this gen they did improve but the way as they are dominating Xbox in sales and the lack of criticism from both fans and media made them too comfortable to care.

Not only will $ony never catch up to the XBL, as P$N is way behind, but the P$ will never catch up on games either. $ony keeps recycling and regurgitating the same GranTurismoUnchartedKillzone games over and over. And with $ony saying no to allowing P$N to connect to XBL and PC, they are not a gamer friendly company.
