What are you playing this weekend, SW?

I've been trying to finish up the Yakuza series in time for Yakuza Like a Dragon. I'm about 70% through Yakuza 5 Remastered, which has been a great game. In some ways, better than Yakuza 0. After that I want to get through Yakuza 6. But I also have my next gen stuff to play too. Demon's Souls and Call of Duty Cold War are coming in today. I also played some Astro Boy on PS5, and that game is fun. It really shows off the PS5 controller well. I've been very impressed by the PS5 controller. Hopefully third party games make use of the features as well.

Finishing up a few events in dirt 4 career mode and playing through mafia definitive edition up next probably yazuka like a dragon.

Uni work all weekend so I'm free for one PS5 comes :)

Probably try to play Dragon Age: Inquisition. I've been thinking about BioWare games a lot in the past couple of months. Even though I find the game annoying to play and the characters unlikeable, it's still a BioWare game, so it fills the gap.

Failing that, probably Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Beat my record again.

My game this weekend Animal Crossing Horizons and the other game will be refreshing UK websites to get a PS5 order in for the UK launch next Thursday.

Miles Morales, NBA 2K21 and the new COD.

Probably Paper Mario Origami (almost done!), and some Halo or Control. I have a lot of work around the house to do, though, so it probably won't be a great gaming week

I started playing Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story. Have you played any of the Mario & Luigi games? They have an RPG style to them.

I picked up Yakuza: Like A Dragon for the Xbox One last night so I’ll be playing more of that. Started playing it last night and am really enjoying it. Will also be playing more Animal Crossing: New Horizons on the Switch as well.

Finishing up my second playthrough of Bioshock Remastered, harvesting all the little girls this playthrough...it just feels so wrong.

I'll probably start Shadows of the Colossus remaster next.

I am planning to complete the Koopa Freerunning races in Super Mario Odyssey which I have long avoided since first playing the game a few years back. I was unsure that I am ready for the races and they felt intimidating at first (more harder races require me to perform some advanced Mario moves I still have problems executing if I want to win). After watching several Youtube vidoes recently on how to better compete and win the races, I am now ready and have already won two of the Freerunning races (in the Mushroom Kingdom) yesterday.

Mostly monster hunter world. Got to high rank...yay.

Woah, just got Cold War for PS5 and the box says minimum size needed is almost 300gb. This better be a damn good game lol.

Lol, it's here. Also played a little bit of Cold War, and I really like how the triggers feel like actual recoil. Pretty cool. One minor gripe about the controller is that it feels like it's kind of tight when you hold it. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

yea i'm all in on the unremarkable sequels, finally got bored of Hades and needed to find something else to play

Started a new run on No Mans Sky with the next gen update and it is great... night and day from when I last played on launch.

I just discovered Slay the Spire on gamepass and that game is so addicting, not sure how I missed this one.

Also plan on getting my ass kicked by Alatreon on Monster Hunter W. I just dont know how to survive the nova.

I'm about to finish Hyper Light Drifter, will probably start a new build in Fallout 4 after that.

Strangely got the urge to play NBA jam on the series S still the best arcade sports game ever made.

Super Mario Galaxy on Switch... this game is truly magical.

If anything I will finish GoW3 remastered. I’m at the final boss. Still a remarkable game, had a blast last weekend. Got totally absorbed again by this masterpiece.

Then I’ll try to find some other PS now game. Perhaps Velocity 🤔

I just got that. I'm surprised, it has more games than I thought, including Killer Instinct Gold, Grabbed by the Goulies, Conker... As well as the Xbox 360 Rare games, PDZ, Viva Pinata etc. Wasn't expecting that.

Man I finished the first mission in the campaign and apparently there are 2 more campaign packs I have to download to continue. Really annoying.

The Banjo Kazooie game(s) are the Xbox 360 version as well.

If you want a nice game from gamepass try DOOM: Eternal ;)

I'm playing AC Valhalla, CoD Cold War, and thinking about getting Yakuza Like a Dragon.

Gears of War Ultimate, DreadOut. Probably play some more Crysis and Tomb Raider.

Just lost to the first boss. Lol. Weirdly enough, as I was typing this, the game randomly crashed on me.

How was your performance? Any noticeable fps drops in performance mode?

@hardwenzen: so far it's been great. I don't know what mode I'm on but performance is very good. Don't notice any drops. The controller really adds to the experience. I tried out the 3D audio as well and it's cool.
