Only one I feel like listing right now is Radiant Historia. Best one this year.

Bottom 5:

1. Blue Dragon

3. Lost Odyssey (I still loved the game)
4. Oblivion (really enjoyed it, but the main quest sucked a big one)

Best Persona 3 FES

Worst Dragon Age 2

Some of the best: Dark Souls, Persona 4, Skyrim, Xenoblade, and Valkyria Chronicles.

Some of the worst: Hyperdimension Neptunia and stuff like that.

But this gen isn't over. There's still Versus XIII, Type-0, Ni no Kuni, Tales of Xillia, and The Last Story to come out, and they look like great games.

I don't like mostly open world games so I didn't enjoy Neither Oblivion nor Fallout 3... but I'll probably give Skyrim a chance in the future.

Worst: FF13, Two Worlds, Mass Effect 2 (for its abandoning of the actual RPG elements)

Best: Fallout 3, New Vegas, Skyrim, Oblivion and surprisingly Two Worlds 2 (those who have not tried it should, 5 times better than the original)

Haven't tryed out crappy RPGS like Skyrim and Dragon Age yet

Best

1. NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer (I love 3.5, I love Chris Avellone's writing)
2. Mount and Blade: Warband (This is how you make action RPG combat)
3. Witcher 2 (QTEs aside, this is an enthralling game with good storytelling and strong choices and consequences)
4. Risen (This is how you make an open world game, not the pathetic attempt that was Skyrim, Fallout 3 and New Vegas)
5. Valkyria Chronicles (Turn based combat=win. WW2 esque setting with fantasy elements put pretty low=win. Permadeath=win. Units that can die if you make a single mistake=win)

Worst

1. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivious (one of the worst games ever made, this game does nothing well)
2. Dragon Age: Origins (Messy combat+repetitive encounters+fanfiction quality writing+awful combat=bad game)
3. Elder Scrolls 4.5: Capitol Wasteland (You can max every attribute and skill, nuff said)
4. Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (awful combat, terrible world design, banal story, stupid perks, unlimited dragons, one of the worst UIs ever, level scaling, the fail just goes on and on. There is not a single good thing about this game)
5. Mass Effect (Copy paste areas ad nauseum, weak combat, generic setting, bad writing which is still not at DAO levels though thankfully)

Best: Final Fantasy 13, Resonance of Fate, Oblivion, Lost Odysee and The Witcher

Worst: HyperdimensionNeptunia(only bad rpg I have really played).

Best: Final Fantasy 13, Mass Effect 2, Dues Ex.

Worst: super open worlds that stray away from their story and characters to pursue countless boring fetch quests, with lots of junk loot, time spent walking to location, and techinical problems.

I can't tihnk of one RPG I haven't enjoyed to some extent this gen. Best ones would be Pokemon, DQIX and Knights in the Nightmare.

Fallout, Borderlands, Dead Island, Skyrim (Although i was enjoying Skyrim until it decided that i dont need to use first person view anymore, so much tech issues in that game, its inexcusable.)

I just cant get into them, I think its partly because i grew up playing Final Fantasy, they focused on the story, kept it on rails, world map gave you a nice illusion that you were free, gave you scattered sidequests but didnt bombard you with them, they did it perfectly.

Worst: Mass Effect 2 (because it's pretending to be an RPG, but barely fits that category if at all. It's like calling inFAMOUS an RPG)

Best would be Tales of Vesperia

Worst would be either Blue Dragon or Final Fantasy XIII, can't decide
