Today i bought Spiderman game of the year edition. Is it great as rest PS 4 AAA titles ?

Got Spiderman GOTY at 41% off today at days of play sale at PSN Store as i had some reedem points left for a long time.Downloading currently, will play it this weekend.

Am i going to've a great enjoyment from playing it? Is Spiderman really a great game for PS 4 as Bloodborne, Uncharted 4, God of War?

this subject has been beating to death. this is a last year topic lol. yes spiderman is great highest sold sony exclusive this gen and is as good as the rest of sony exclusives. so the 2nd one is being made right now as we speak. it will sell systems for sony. does everyone like it no just like every other game on the market. but to answer your question yes it belongs on sonys brand list.

i liked it more than bloodbourne because i for one did not like the difficulty of the game. i raged quit lol.

it's all about what you like it or not.

You bought a game and instead of playing it and coming to your own conclusion you are asking other people for their opinions on the game. 🤦‍♂️

Curious, did you enjoy the game Pedro? I only played the Batman games, new to Spiderman. But i enjoyed Innsomniac's Ratchet and Clank for PS 4 very much.

I didn't play it. I find Spiderman annoying. In fact I have never played a spiderman game because Peter Parker is annoying. 😂

But it's Insomniac, so I expect it to be a as good as their other games Ratchet and Clank and Sunset Overdrive.

Yes, it's quite good. It gets repetitive but, the gameplay mechanics are solid and, satisfying.

It's actually the only game I've ever platinum'd.

Don't overhype it; it's fun, it might even blow your mind for the first few hours, but even swinging through the city (one of Spider-Man's best gameplay mechanics) gets tiresome.

It suffers from the same faults most open-world games suffer from, and that is dull side quests and repetitive gameplay.

I enjoyed Sunset Overdrive also very much :)

I'm not even a Spiderman fan and I enjoyed the game quite a bit.

Really good. I had mixed reservations as I felt no one besides Rocksteady should make super hero games. But Insomniac nailed it.

Swinging through the city just feels right, and the combat is really fun.

On top of it all, it's a very competent story. Great game.

Side note: Do we know what Rocksteady is doing? Been a while since that name has been out. Love their Arkham games!

Hmmm, why don't we ask @TheEroica about how awesome is Spider-Man PS4 since he talk about it weeks ago.

Playing it right now and it’s great imo, but of course if you enjoy it you can never complain about Ubisoft checklist games again as this is the ultimate checklist game. Way better than uc4 and Bloodborne imo, but worse than gow.

Having a blast. Already on Act 2. Enjoying it more than Batman games :)

I’ve enjoyed spideman on the ps4. Was one of the best super hero games out there i think.

I got about 82% of the trophies and am roughly 90% complete with the story. 30-40 hours in or so (no counter)

The combat is amazing, looks pretty good but story is meh and it gets repetitive. Solid 6/10 on my scale (that's an 80-85 on MC scale) which coincides with its actual score of 88.

it's better than bloodborne, uncharted 4 and god of war to me. swinging mechanics and combat are fun
