Theres no way God of War 3 will get GOTY or AAAA, Behold my Crystal Ball! (IMO)

First of all everyones hyping this game as the second coming of Christ. Seriously, I dont see whats so good about the game. God of War series has always been fun but SERIOUSLY. Its about as likely as Ninja Gaiden 3 getting AAAA or GOTY. And aside from a sloppy camera, Ninja Gaiden = God of War. When you boil it down, the story isnt that great. Its a story of aggression and vengeance. Oh look lol, where can I find that, Ninja Gaiden.

Also, I remember hearing that the game was supposed to be artwork in motion or something like that. Seriously, its not looking that great. Idk what YOU GUYS are seeing, maybe my eyes are broken lol.

The gameplay looks the SAME as the first 2, QTE's, its pretty brutal, (like Ninja Gaiden lol) now aside from the fact that you can like use your enemies as a battering ram. (Which isnt that amazing lol) and the way you can use some of the larger enemies as like, mounts (Oh Hi thar Dantes Inferno) im not really seeing or hearing ANYTHING that would indicate that this game is going to be GOT or AAAA. I mean Grand Theft Auto 4 and Metal Gear Solid 4 got AAAA. Now those games either brought something new to the table (GTA) or were immersive and had a history of greatness, and MGSness in general. You know what I mean MGS lovers >_>. But No way a hack and slash is getting AAAA. Especially one as mindless as God of War lol. (Dont try to tell me that it takes skill because its a platformer too!) Mario was a platformer. Not that hard, both Uncharted games had platforming, not very difficult or intelligent. Now, if they do some Half Life crap with puzzles or something then ill be impressed. But seriously... Anyone else not seeing what cows are seeing?

hey! lol Dont bring Mass Effect into this, its an AAAA confirmed. But yeah, I think God of War 3 is gonna get AAA. Looks fun. Just seriously, GOTY or AAAA? Not happening. Not alongside, FF13, Alan Wake, ME2, White Knight whatever, Heavy Rain, Spec Ops, Halo Reach, Resistance 3(possibly) etc. 2010 is gonna be ridonculous. Oh yeah, bad company 2 is gonna rip MW2's liver out and eat it raw. Its EVERYTHING MW2 has with a likely funner/longer/better campaign, with full scale destructible environments, BEAUTIFUL GRAPHICS amirite or amirite? And the sound quality. Yummy. And with its M rating =D it will be better than before. Also it has 24 player multiplayer on consoles. Yaaaay.

What has this got to do with Mass Effect 2? I know ME2 will be better for many people; the world is much better, more attatched to characters and the storyline and the gameplay is being improved. Quite frankly it has more of a chance of AAAA than GOW3, although none will.

I have never understood how anyone can like these button mashing games. Just run around hitting as many button combos as you can

i will be more realstic than you, the game will top everything in its genre and it will be a GOTY nominee but it won't take it......overall, the game will be a hit.

When the gameplay feels good and the story is entertaining along with the universe, then it can be very likeable.

GOWIII and ME2 will both score 9.5. But GOWIII has higher chances.

Reviewers love the GOW series so it will probably win. I don't see why they like it so much, sure its a fun game but the story is not that great.

"(God of War 3 is) AAAE confirmed," That's pretty much a given. MAYBE it'll be AAAAE, but it's pertty much guaranteed to be at least AAAE.

"too bad I can't say the same for Mass Effect 2." That's also a given. Sure, ME2 may get AAA, but it's not exclusive, thus making the above statement completely factual. There will be no way for ME2 to be AAAE. Unless either the 360 or PC version gets canned.

I've seen hype, but hyping it as the second coming is stretching it. GoW3's hype has been tame in comparison to Uncharted 2's.
