When it first started I instantly thought of Call of Duty: MW2 on the FAVELA map.

I could picture COD with visuals like that since it looks so similar to me in that specific environment.

Damn shame though, as it will likely never happen. Hard to make a new engine when you release yearly crap.

Looks decent, but Dead Island is notorious for its bugs and glitches. Didn't play Riptide but I'm going to assume it was almost as bad and this will be bad too.

Looks like a better version of Dead Island, which is cool since I actually had a fun time with Dead Island.  Graphically it's hard to tell since the video itself is kind of blurry, but from what I can tell the graphics definitely aren't bad, I'm interested in seeing more night time scenes and how the lighting from the street and buildings looks.

Looks awesome. While Dead Island was really buggy/glitchy, it was extremely fun. Hope the developers don't make the same mistakes.

the sound is terrible....is sounds like your boiling chilli when something is getting cut into and the animations suck so bad.....its like mirrors edge meets dead island......the concept of this game is already burnt out before it begun stereointegrity

After Dead Island 1 BS... You would think that Dead Island 2 would have fixed or avoided a lot of the bugs and broken mechanics of the first. NOPE!

I don't trust them to make a functioning game. Best to wait for it to go on sale for $5.

I hate dead island so i hate this game too this is a dead rising 3 wannabe.

Looks like everybody else beat me to it, but I'll say it anyway. Looks way too much like dead island for me to even consider being excited. If the review ends up on the front page here, I'll probably read it. And unless the review is gushing and/or the forums exploding about it, I'll likely never even think of it again. Graphics did look pretty nice though. 

Next generation Dead Island...pass. The Evil Within is going to be the RE4 of this generation.
