I don't really care about Mario platformers anymore. The games just don't seem to have the same charm as the older ones.

Give me Kirby, and Donkey Kong any day, and maybe even another Super Princess Peach :P

I think SMG2 did around 6 million, around the same as Sunshine. Anyway regardless of the sales, I don't see Nintendo bringing back the Galaxy series.

Something about the worlds (Delfino, and the Galaxies as opposed to the Mushroom Kingdom), and something about the look of Mario because he's all bouncy and cute :P
