but this is Matrix game. we do had low budget matrix games before but we need proper AAA matrix game. like how star wars have too many games and Matrix have none.

I did really enjoy the previous movies so I’d definitely be down for a good Matrix game.

Oh boy, a promotional tech demo that isn't doesn't even resemble a "game" no matter how hard you squint. Will take its place right alongside those disappointing Spider-Man and Batman Arkham "experiences" for PS VR.

I expect it to be the worst Matrix movie. I didn't like from the beginning that they were bringing Neo and Trinity back from the dead, but I was still willing to give it a fair chance. Then it became very obvious that it was going to be another of those safe reboots that hits the same plot points as the original, possibly even more offensive than The Force Awakens.

The latest trailer keeps saying, "A deja vu is a glitch in the matrix." Of course that's the excuse they're going with. It also reveals that Neo is not just a program now, but that he has been revived in the real world too. The machines can just do anything with dead bodies, it seems.

Obviously wearing a hair mask there. Reeves isn't as dedicated to the character as he used to be. Wouldn't dare shave off his hobo hair.

I for one hope it's something like Enter the Matrix or The Matrix Path of Neo games as they were legit fun for their time and I barely played Matrix Online. That said, it's been a decade without a new Matrix game and hope this is legit true.

It's not a safe reboot. They are treading a lot of familiar ground in an attempt to to make it seem safe, but pull the rug from underneath your feet.

They're doing it for nostalgia, obviously. The story will probably justify it, but if the result is that we get a lot of stuff we've already seen before, then it's a mistake. I don't care how "meta" early viewers claim the regurgitation is. It's still regurgitation.

If they did the IP justice, i'd be interested. I remember playing The Matrix on PS2 and enjoying it for what it was. Still, something tells me this'll be a crappy tie-in.

Hopefully this game does what E.T. did for the video game industry.

There hasn't been a good Matrix game yet, and I don't see that changing with this game.

of course you wont no matter how good game is. how unique and innovative is you pretend only AAA mainstream thing and remaster exist.

no matter how good STALKER 2 looks, or how unique Atomic heart looks or how fun shadow warriro 3 looks or no matter how good 007 James bond is in good hand ie Hitman developers. unless a developer announced open world crime game you will be like "OMG this is best thing ever. you didnot even played many games of 00s when you praise that decade. you missed all good stuff.

Matrix or John wick game deserve to exist. its quality depend on developer. if Remedy making Matrix/John wick game then it will be a masterpiece for example.

The best the Matrix did for gaming was giving us bullet time in Max Payne and subsequently other games like say FEAR that also had dope ass slow motion action mechanics. Games are better borrowing from cinematic influences than trying to adapt a body of work.

I remember playing the matrix game on Nintendo GameCube as a kid, the fighting mechanics were pretty fun from what I recall, I’m looking forward to seeing how this turns out even though I’m not a huge fan of the movies personally.

spidey is MCU trash. better watch Matrix 4. but sadly MCU movies dominate so Spidey will sell more tickets.

Dude looks good for his age. I don't think he was ever particularly a REALLY great looking guy, but he always compensated with style.
