The Best Game of The Decade is Still.....

Metroid Prime. No other game this generation has been able to match the quality in the game. Another Nintendo game, Super Mario Galaxy, came close, but the feeling of playing Metroid for the first time in 3D was amazing. Phendrana Drifts alone makes the game amazing. If you have not played the game, you owe it to yourself to play the game. And if you hate the game, well that just goes to show that different folks have different strokes.

Best game of this decade would have to be banjo tooie IMO.

Halo was technically superio in terms of graphics and sound, had a better singleplayer experience, and much better multiplayer. PapaJohn24

I really want top know where you got your Drugs if you think Halo 1 had better Graphics than Metroid Prime. Metroid Prime also had no multiplayer. Also I am the opinion that Metroid Prime's single player is among the top 10 of all time.

EDIT: Just for the Record, MP is probably my second favorite game of All time after OoT.

I agree with the TC. Metroid Prime is an amazing game. My favourite along with Super Mario Galaxy.

There is no game that can match the atmosphere in Metroid Prime.

EDIT: I have to add Zelda: Wind Waker to my list of all-time favourite games. Yes, I'm one of the few who absolutely loves the sailing in this game.

God I love that game... I feel bad for selling my NGC.

The game is a stunning and created a world full of atmosphere that no game has come close to even its a shame its successors didn't built up from it instead of giving the game the same thing over and over again.

The hate needs to stop for this game especialy from people that haven't played it and are simply going by word of mouth or their lack of taste towards games.

Yeah that was unfortunate that it didn't have a large volume of f**king amazing games. RE4 is a close second for best game since 2000 for me.

I loved Wind Waker, F-Zero GX, and Resident Evil 4 did a hell of a lot more with less then the XBox did in it's whole life cycle. But I agree Metroid Prime is one of those phenomenal games that comes along once a decade. Too bad it was on such a dud of a system and will never get the adoration that it should. I only just finished it last year but I really got sucked in.

And whoever thinks Halo was graphically superior needs to lay of the crack. XBox was the more powerful system but it's what you do with the system that counts.
