Nobody got banned for playing the game early.

People who leaked screenshots and footage of the game, with their gamertag shown, and their Xbox connected to the internet got their Live account banned. 

Sony showing the world what it means to be for gamers, by gamers.

Respect.

I think it's a gray area because many people get the game early legitimately but many more pirate it.  Piracy won't stop, but I say they lock people out of playing the game after release for the same number of days that they played it before release.

No one will get banned for playing the game early.
