Sony announces a (rather crappy) PS Plus Vita bundle for $300

This morning, Sony has dropped the ball with the PS Vita YET AGAIN. Not sure if this was posted here (even after looking a few pages back) earlier, but I feel that this needs to be brought to attention.

The bundle comes with a PS Vita 3G, Unit 13, 1yr of PS+, and....wait for it....a 4GB memory card! That's right, 4 GIGABYTES! AND YOU NEED 8GB (HELL, MORE THAN THAT!) to fit all of the games (Uncharted, Gravity Rush, TfS: Mutant Blobs Attack, Jet Set Radio, Final Fantasy Tactics, and WipEout 2048) on there.

Sony, what the hell are you smoking? Aside from Final Fantasy, only ONE of those games would actually fit. ONE!! (at a time)

Imagine this scenario for a customer who is completely new to the Vita:

"OK, I'm home, time to download some games and play my brand new PS Vita!" "Wait, I'm out of space already?! I have to pay $100 to get a decent memory card?! F*** YOU SONY!!! OH AND F*** YOU TOO BEST BUY REP WHO DIDN'T TELL ME THIS SH1T!!!! (slams the Vita on the floor)" Yep, that's one p1ssed off customer.

Oh, and it's still $300. And AT&T still sucks.

Well, it's Vita... of course it's crappy.

Value-wise you're actualy saving money, not that the 3G model is useful for anything. This could be a bargain buy if the retail stores offer the $50 gift card with purchase deal we've seen occasionally.

Vita is garbage. The fact that there is no LTE version and you have to used their proprietary overpriced memory cards is bad enough. Then you get to the games and the lineup is really pathetic. Sony continues to prove that they have absolutely no clue what they're doing. The Vita is a pretty nice piece of tech and its a shame that Sony is s***ing the bed again. mems_1224

It's not so much a bad deal on paper, but I don't think Sony realizes that people aren't buying this thing at $250, so putting in a few throw-away features/goodies, and selling it for $300 isn't going to sell it any faster.
