So how do you feel about not getting Elder Scrolls 6 until 2028?

I am ok with it, but I feel like they have lost an opportunity to make a large franchise like call of duty or assassin's Creed.

I mean you don't have annualize your releases, but with this long between titles you already have a generation that grew up without seeing your games.

I do love Skyrim but I'm really not in a hurry to play Elder Scrolls 6 as I think Bethesda did the right thing and make a new IP first before thinking of making another Elder Scrolls game. Heck, Starfield is really Skyrim in space (TES6 in space) if you think about it. (Come at me space Dragons😄)

Expected. But still sucks. It was one of the reasons I even bought my Series X. It's kind of sad that all I own on it is Halo MCC, Halo Infinite, and soon to be Starfield. I need to fix that with gamepass but I'm not paying for 2 rental services. I have Plus extra until November of next year. Maybe if Microsoft has a really good deal around Black Friday I'll get a year of GP.

Back to Elder Scrolls... That shit better be 60fps. I'm still bitter about Starfield being 30fps. And now that Microsoft has bought Bethesda and also the game is 5 years out, there should be absolutely no reason why it doesn't hit 60.

Delighted. There’s just so many varied games coming out on Xbox between now and 2028 that there’s no need to rush ES6 out. Bethesda will be concentrating on Starfield for now - as will most gamers unless they say moo, and a 4 year dev time sounds about right.
