Sniper Elite 5 first 15 minutes

Finally a third person game that is not AAA mainstream movie game.

I'm sorry but this looks outdated as if we're back on PS3/Xbox 360 era and I'm not smiling about how Sniper Elite 5 will turn out.

I enjoyed V2 on 360 3 was ok 4 felt more of the same guarantee it's not going to entice new players. Day one on gamepass might help as theres nothing really to play on gamepass right now.

Looks fun. These games were always in the "slightly-better-than-bargain-bin" category, kind of like the Devolver shooters (Shadow Warrior, Hard Reset, etc), which is fine by me. Not everything needs to be some amazing AAA cinematic experience.

My only hope is they worked on the AI and patched up some of the jank. These games were either unfairly hard or easy to exploit in the past, and I don't like either of those options.

Hope they slow down that sprint speed!

And those nut shots still make me cringe every time. Not sure why they thought I'd want to see those of all things!

I believe this is running on console. I'm sure it will look better on PC.

In either case, sure it looks dated, but it doesn't look bad. I never really thought they were particularly stunning games to begin with.

I'm more concerned with performance, especially draw distance and such.

Also I got strong Splinter Cell vibes from this for some reason. Must be all the sneaking and climbing.

It's sniper elite,I don't need to see it to know how it looks or the game mechanics.

Yeah, that might be it. Had to go see PC gameplay versions and it turns out it does in fact look good compared to what Ghost posted. My concerns are less worry now. I played most of the Sniper Elite games and I only buy them when they go deep sales so I'll pick up Sniper Elite 5 whenever it gets the Steam sales.

Coming to Game Pass so probably will give it a shot. I played a couple of these and they're good fun.
