I'm really happy about this as I wouldn't download the game from PSN, and I didn't want to import it, so this will do the job for me, the PS3 will definitely be my favorite console this gen just for this game. :D

Awsome I cant wait for it.

I already got the game on Blu Ray, but im glad they are going to realease it on Blu Ray in other regions, the game is brilliant, one of the best on the PS3. Hopefully it will get more of the recognition it deserves this way. ONLYDOD

Great! I was going to just DL the whole game, but I'll glady wait a month or two to save 10gb :PEvz0rz

Just so you know though, it does still have a mandatory install for the retail version, about 5GB.

Trust me it is a brilliant example of good Horror Survival, you'll be very pleased with it :D

The demo was ok. I mean the game was... different

yet the voice acting was just not spot-on for me and I didn't like the main guy's voice much... or Sam whatever his name was.

Lastly... the controls I felt were just a bother.... I think I could see myself not enjoying it much cause I have to fumble with a very spotty and weird camera angle, some poor control/design decisions (walking in FPS veiw is not easy... and I'd rather switch between two modes than hold a trigger and "zooming" ? Am I wearing bifocles? ) lastly...

I felt the sound design wasn't up to snuff. I mean the heartbeating when you near something was interesting, and the Shinoto make some really crazy sounds, but... nothing to get my bones chilling and niether did I feel the average voice acting help...

This news (if true) actually angers me. I upgrated my hardrive and downloaded it because I honestly did not think they would bring it to the US.

Oh well, I'll still buy it on Blu-Ray.
