Yeah it is not announced. I think it will eventually come out, the devs stated they just need to figure out how and when to bring it to the PSN store. I heard not all dl content could be put out on the PS3 version because of system limitations, namely the RAM. So if it does come, it may come in disc form, as with the PC.

No, it's because of Sony's piss-poor online service, that's why. Oh, I'm sure it'll be fixed, but the fact that Bethesda, a company that partially relies on online sales, could not even figure out a way to make downloadable content available on the PS3 is indicative of just how stupidly flawed the PS3 online is and just how inept Sony is at software platform development.
