RUMOUR: Nintendo to make special announcement at GDC.

There is a rumour, albiet with little to back it up, that Iwata is going to make a big announcement in his GDC keynote.

Taking a giant leap of faith that there might be soemthing to this, what would you want him to announce?

I'd like Mario Galaxy 3DS or a 3D Duck Hunt game using AR.

All I ask for is a new trailer for Skyward Sword.

A new Smash, i know the tradition is 1 per gen, but seeing this gen will be longer, then why not, make a new one, better yet, make the rumored Nintendo vs Capcom.

Nintendo's going to hype the 3DS for the North American and European launches by announcing some new features for the 3DS (more eShop and Internet browser details) and possibly announce some new games for the 3DS and Wii (along with showing Skyward Sword). BTW when is Nintendo's conference at GDC?

true, BUT they already can make Timesplitters which is the spiritual successor. If they made either a new PD or TS game and put it on PC (obviously they would) I would be so happy.

New Zelda trailer + release date
New F-Zero
New 2D Metorid having nothing to do with Team Ninja

Does anyone know when Nintendo will make this announcement?

they are dropping all next gen console plans and will concentrate exclusively on portable?

OR they will start the next generation next year with a new console. I think Ninty is gonna be the one to helm the next generation.
