Well from an interview I read, if there will be a twisted metal game, it wont be twisted metal black 2 because Jaffe said that if he does make a twisted metal game, it wont be a sequel to any of the past ones and it would start a brand new story. It would be a complete remake of the series.

Ive been watching Bonus round since it started, and yeah its an ongoing joke. When Jaffe was on the show a few weeks ago, Geoff Keighly kepts joking around, trying to get Jaffe to let slip that he was working on a new twisted metal game, hence why Pachter is joking around with it too. I mean if Jaffe has straight out said he isn't working on the game, then we should leave it at that and wait until E3. Maybe there will be a Twisted metal game, but not from Jaffe.

I hope so. Black was one of my favourite games last gen.

Unfortunately I just don't see it happening, at least at this E3. Maybe with GoW3 out of the way maybe Jaffe can go back to his classic series? And maybe he can find a way to make it multi-plat so I can enjoy it on my 360:P
