PS3 has easily been better than PC, Wii and 360 this gen.

PS3 is easily the best system for video gaming this gen period. The best part is that its likely got a few good years left in it. Which system it better?:

The Wii?

Lol what a joke. The Wii. Basically a Gamecube with a wand. Its better to compare the Wii to the PS2 or something. Lets ignore the horrendous graphics in standard definition. The Wiis Library is pathetic. The Wii literally has 1/5 the amount of AAA games that PS3 has. "But I dont just play AAA games-" whatever bro. There's plenty of garbage and bottom of the barrel games to choose from on all the platforms. Quality games? The Wii don't got it.

PC sure is great..... If you like strategy games...Have you heard that silly noise about how PC has the most AAA exclusives this gen? You might want to take a closer look at that list. Of the 14 exclusives on that list 10(!), of them are strategy games. Then we have 3 World of Warcraft expansions (aieeeee!). Do the math PC has 2 AAA exclusives this gen that arent strategy or a WoW expansions: The Sims 3 (snicker) and Crysis Warhead (wow amazing).

360?

Do we have to go there? Where should we start? The pathetic controller that needs AA batteries to survive? How about that XBox Live fee? No bluray? No exclusives? No excuse for owning one.

The Wii might have sold the most, the PC might have the most strategy games, the 360 might have the most online fees but as far as games are concerned PS3 has got them all beat.

Most of the Ps3's *exclusives* are nothing more then movies.

I like my PS3 and all. But better than the PC? Nope. No comment on the 360 since I don't own one. The PS3 has more games I liked than the Wii. But, the PC has the most games and genres that I liked. That's not even taking into consideration the higher resolutions, much less jaggies, smoother framerates, and overall cleaner/clearer-looking graphics that gaming on the PC allows.

I like the PS3 somewhat better than the Wii even though I still have fun with the latter.

Cool, bro. I've been pretty happy with my Wii and PC this gen and never found anything of interest on the PS3.

why are you just looking at AAA games and why are you assuming that all strategy games are alike? there's a great deal of variety in the genre.

Opinions are opinions, but it seems to me you haven't even played any of the other consoles, just jumping straight to the point that they're bad.

Wii: Super smash bros brawl is tons of fun, mario kart wii is definitely the best online multiplayer on wii, works well and addictive fun, followed by excite bots as next best online multiplayer. Great single player games like zelda twilight princess/skyward sword, super mario galaxy and xenoblade. Some good use of the wii remote is wario ware and rythme heaven fever. Also great 2D games like new super mario bros wii, kirby return to dream land/epic yarn, and new donkey kong country. Theres also animal crossing wii, but disappointing to me, too similar to DS version. I will say I haven't played all these games, but it's a good list of the many wii-only games.

360: I will say I'm not very fond of microsoft, I think they overprice online membership and content. Also kinect is a waste of time. Halo and Gears are my favorite shooters though, wonderful games, they add a lot of unique experiences to the shooter franchise, which is good because many shooters today seem bland. I also enjoy fable, kameo, and there is an impressive list of exclusive arcade titles on the 360, some of which I have are splosion man, trials, fez, ilomilo, banjo kazooie and perfect dark (also on nintendo 64, but easiest way to get them now a days).

Ofcourse why rely on exclusives for a console though, you will miss out on great multiplatform games.

It's obvious the PS3 has more exclusives, some I wish I could play are fat princess, motorstorm, infamous, little big planet, and jak and daxter. But I am happy with the 360 and Wii. Now, maybe you have played the other consoles, and if so I guess the ps3 is just your perfect console that makes all others look like garabage.
